i just want to say in all seriousness that i'm grateful for the hospitality of the nuns who allowed me to stay with them at their great convention center. they were all very generous and exceedingly kind. thanks so much. thanks to justin and arturo and cindy for finding the place...it was great.

also, thanks to jj and marisol for their hospitality in los angeles last weekend. you guys are awesome. it's a fine couch, indeed.
