(dc -> LAX) pictures down

argh - it looks like the site where i used to upload all the photos in my blog (before blogger had the nifty upload photo feature) is down, and they haven't restored the service. i guess this has been going on for some time, but i only just noticed. i'll try to get it taken care of.

in other news, the weekend after thanksgiving weekend is apparently the best possible time to travel. i've never seen friday night airport traffic so low, and i couldn't have had a smoother flight across the country.
