(dc) stupid stuffbakes

one of the biggest little joys in my life is the way my cellphone makes up words when it doesn't know them. today's winner was "stuffbakes," instead of "studebaker." the new name for my car is gonna be stuffbakes.

sweet sweet stuffbakes.

Ok, what kind of cellphone do you have? 'Cause I NEED it. Names and nonsense *hums* these are a few of my favorite things.

I don't think stuffbakes is a secret anymore. And Sarah, she has a cell phone into which she mistakingly typed the words "stuff" and "bakes" previously and unknowingly, so now it thinks it's a word. Mine provides all sorts of great alternatives for real words sometimes. maybe I ought to write them down.

yeah, that would make a good little post (or even a book). the early days of T9. i didn't actually ever mistakenly type stuff and bakes. to teach my phone a word, you have to manually enter it in. if you type a word it doesn't know, it makes up its own combination of letters, whether it makes sense or not. this one happened to resemble actual words.

i want a phone that teaches me real words i don't actually know. :)
