meet me under the spiral cement truck
spiral cement trucks are a rare delight. oh, yes, all cement trucks are charming and inexplicably appealing...but why have a cement truck and not paint a black spiral on it? i mean, what's the point, really? the magic is in the spiral.

awww, i didn't mean you, bec! i was talking to my husband! sara solstice talks to her husband all the time (whoever and wherever he may be). her approach is that he's out there somewhere, so she prays for him and talks to him. i thought i'd give it a try.
